A beautiful old stone house from the 18th century in a small bay near the town of Milna. The house has three floors: ground floor, first floor, and attic, as well as auxiliary rooms, totaling 100 m². The surrounding courtyard is approximately 300 m² with a beautiful Mediterranean garden and terraces. Electricity is supplied from the city grid, and water is temporarily drawn from reservoirs. A small beach with a mooring for a yacht or boat is located less than 50 m below the house. Parking for 2-3 cars is located near the house. With minor modifications/reconstruction, it is possible to create a larger space by using pergolas, verandas, or gazebos. The house requires internal adaptations, such as installing water and sewage systems, but the building is in good condition. General access to the island of Brač is from Split by catamaran and ferry – every hour, approximately 40 minutes. The island is incredibly diverse – there’s something for everyone. With your own boat, you can reach the islands of Šolta, just 30 minutes away, Vis, 1.5 hours away, and Hvar, just one hour away. The area around the house is away from tourist attractions, the bay is sheltered from the wind, and it’s a quiet and peaceful place, just a few kilometers from the ferry port in Supetar.
