On this floor also is a twin bedroom, a shower room and an office with desk and chair. Down a flight of stairs is another double bedroom, a shower room, a separate WC and washing machine room. From the hall on this floor go down 5 steps into the large open plan dining kitchen room with it’s breakfast bar. A glass screen divides this area from the living room below. In Rogoznica town is a fruit/vegetable and fresh fish market, 2 supermarkets and a local butcher. The nearest beach is 70m from the villa and has a stone pier from which you can easily enter the sea. The beach is rock so rubber beach shoes are recommended for best comfort.
