1. What parts are for sale? The house is sold only as a whole. Sale of individual floors would in principle be possible (own land and mortgage register), but in this case it is not planned.
2. What happens in the off-season when there are no tenants? The entire facility will be winter-proof and monitored by security.
3. How should income be taxed? There is no general answer to this as it depends on your individual circumstances. Croatia is part of the EU, so clear guidelines apply. Only your tax advisor can provide a binding answer.
4. Who looks after the system? Who organizes, takes reservations and takes care of handing over the keys? Who cleans and tidies up? Who is responsible for maintenance? The area around Omis and Ruskamen is known for its holiday homes. Every year, many tourists come to the Adriatic Sea. There are professional agencies for every service.
